Order Confirmation
All orders will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of placement.
Delivery
Delivery within Qatar is typically completed withinin 24 hours. Free delivery for orders above 89 QAR; a delivery fee of 10 QAR applies to orders below this value.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, Card on Delivery, and Skip Cash.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are accepted for baby products, household products, and other products except skincare products within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. To return or exchange a product, visit our store or pay additional collection charges.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or opened skincare products or other products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Promotional or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged/Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos for verification, and we will replace the product or issue a refund.
Refunds:
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
